Terms & Conditions

All members must be at least 18 years old to sign up for any membership, for younger members parent or guardian must sign up contract.

Arrival time

In order not to disturb the ongoing class, you are requested to arrive 5 minutes before your class. Punctuality

We will tolerate a late arrival of 5 minutes. After that, you will not be granted access.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Regular classes

Cancellation of class must be made within required time, including cancellation of space on the waiting list. The cancelation time is shown while booking the class. Each late cancel and non show will result in a charge of kr.50,- or deduction from applicable pass. Three late cancelation in a row will make you loose the right for booking classes for 1 week. All class cancelations must be done in your customer profile, phone texts, facebook messages, phone calls or others are not consider as valid cancelation.

The number of subscriptions can be suspended for health problems, injury and pregnancy. You will need a medical certificate to terminate your subscription. You can terminate your subscription due to moving farther than 100km away from the Dance Lab studio. Suspending or cancelling auto pay: Your auto pay schedule may be suspended or canceled during the

contract period only due to moving or sickness preventing you from using our services (only new work contract or letter from new school are considered valid documents of moving). A completed auto pay cancellation form must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation form to DanceLab by January 14th.)

Dance Lab reserves the right to claim unsettled accounts. Pre-paid classes are non-refundable.

Private Training

All private sessions must be cancelled at least 48h before booking time. If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Any sessions missed with less than 48 hours notification are forfeited.

Pre-paid classes are non-refundable. If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.

If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

DanceLab has right to claim unsettled accounts.

Special Arrangements

All bachelorette parties, dance shows and studio rental must be cancelled at least 30days in advance via email. If you cancel any of the service provided by Dance Lab

later than the cancelation time allows you, the cancellation will not be considered valid and Dance Lab reserves the right to claim unsettled accounts. We do not issue refund. If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.

Registered Courses

Enrolment for the DanceLab dance course is binding. If you have problems with time or day of class you have a possibility to change to another course. Changes can only be made before the semester starts of within first 4 weeks of semester. The changes will be approved only if we have free spaces on the course the student wants to change to.

We do not issue refunds. If the student can not participate in any classes due to long term illness we can give you a credit towards another program, that applies only if the illness is documented before the semester starts of within first 4 weeks of the semester. This credit is nontransferable and accounts for only the sessions remaining in your program at the time you requested cancellation. The appropriate medical certification must be provided via email to info@dancelab.no.

Fitness Equipment and Accessories

May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.

Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange. Some products may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer. This will be stated on the product package or instruction insert. Should you be unsure if this is the case, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds.

Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement in unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product.

Private arrangements (bachelorette parties, dance shows, outside studio workshops, studio rental) Pre-paid arrangements are non-refundable

If you are unable to attend an event due to circumstances out of your control (determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration), we can offer you a refund if you notify us 30 days prior to your session start date. However we do charge a 30% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee may be avoided if you opt for a service credit instead of a refund.

NOTES: Service credits are valid for 30 days only. Customers are responsible for all pre-booked travel expenses connected to the arrangements.

If we are notified within less than 30 days before your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another program. This credit is nontransferable and accounts for only the sessions remaining in your program at the time you requested cancellation.

There is no cash refund.

Dance Lab is not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.

Payment for Products & Services

·All Credit Cards will be processed in Norwegian Krones at the time of payment. Dance Lab is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Privacy

This privacy policy sets out how Dance Lab uses and protects any information that you give Dance Lab when you use this website.

Dance Lab is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. DanceLab might record or take picture of classes and students and use it for promotional purposes. By signing this waiver you allow DanceLab to use the any pictures or videos that features you and/or your dependent/child for social media or promotional purposes.

time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 25.08.2016. What we collect

Health and safety

Do not exercise if you are injured or in pain! Your

instructor may ask you to leave the class if you show signs of damage and pain that makes you unable to complete the class. Do not use body lotion on the day of the pole dance class. Body Lotion makes the pole slippery and increases the risk of injury.

It is the participants responsibility to ensure that they do not expose themselves to physical effort that goes beyond ability. If you are in doubt about your health or if you are pregnant, please inform your instructor before class begins. If you book classes, workshops or events on behalf of others, you must check this out on behalf of all participants. It is your responsibility to follow the instruction from Dance Lab instructors. Dance Lab is not responsible for any damage or injuries that may occur during exercises. Dance Lab reserves the right to exclude from the classes and events participants showing signs of injury, overtraining or other reasons that might cause the risk of their own or others’ health and safety.

Participants are training on their own responsibility, during “open studio” hours participants are not allowed to try any figures not approved by Dance Lab instructors and it is participants obligation to seek that permission. Dance Lab reserves rights to change the schedule
